Meet the DynamicsFood ERP Team

DynamicsFood ERP North America is a partnership between Schouw Infosystems of the Netherlands and Liberty Grove Software, with offices in Chicago and Toronto. The Foodware North America team includes Microsoft Certified Trainers, a Microsoft MVP, and a group of dedicated developers and consultants with extensive backgrounds in food, manufacturing, engineering and financial accounting. Our mission is to help Food and Beverage customers grow their businesses profitably with the best business management software tools available.

Our team at DynamicsFood ERP includes developers with thousands of hours spent working with more than 250 food companies, as well as some of the best minds in the Microsoft Dynamics community today. Our parent company, Liberty Grove Software, is a recognized leader in implementing and supporting NAV based ERP systems across North America. We’ve been helping companies all over the world manage their businesses with NAV since 1996.

Each DynamicsFood ERP consultant has a minimum of ten years experience with NAV solutions. Foodware NA staff members have authored seven definitive training books for NAV from Packt Publishing.

Our first principle of business is to bring technical and business excellence to every project. We begin by learning about your company, and keeping up to date with Microsoft Dynamics technology, while avoiding “flavor-of-the-month” solutions. We are committed to taking full advantage of the Foodware NAV platform to introduce customer-driven features as soon as they are proven to be workable, meaningful improvements.

Our second principle is we work diligently to understand our customers’ world. We take the time to understand what drives your business, your company’s goals and values, customers, employees and what daily challenges they face. Accordingly, we are committed to making sure that everything we do, and every decision we make, leads to improving your business, your working environment and your company’s bottom line. Our goal is to become your company’s trusted advisors, helping you grow your business.

Our third business principle is simple: act with integrity. We are committed to always working in your best interests, never taking for granted the trust you, our client, puts in us.

Last but not least, DynamicsFood ERP is a “boutique” owner-managed company, allowing us to offer personal service that larger companies, by their very nature, can not. This means that the team you meet with in the initial process is the same team that will be responsible for implementing, deploying and ensuring the success of your system. We absolutely will not rest until you’re successfully up and running and satisfied with your new system. We don’t take your business for granted, because we value your return business as you continue to grow.

Our Team Is Your Team!

Our team has spent thousands of hours working with Food and Beverage companies all over the world. We love solving problems so that your company can run more profitably. We have experience in process engineering, food safety, supply chain integration, logistics, accounting, CRM, consignments, project management and device integration. We put that experience to work to get your implementation up to speed faster and smoother.
